Standard first class does not require a signature and our toppers will fit through a standard size letterbox in the UK.

First class signed for, whilst not a fully tracked service will require a signature on delivery. If you are not in, Royal Mail will leave a 'while you were out' card with details on how to collect your order.

Royal Mail UK special delivery is a weekday service only (excluding public and bank holidays) which will be delivered before 1.00pm (we do offer Saturday special delivery at an extra cost).  This is a signed for service so you DO need to be at the delivery address, and Royal mail will NOT leave with a neighbour.

The Icing sheet is a thin layer of icing 2-3 mm thick, which will have the image printed on. Some customers think that it should be a layer of icing fondant. This is not the case, the image in the attachment will show what the icing sheet looks like.

The icing sheet will arrive with a clear plastic backing on. You should peel the icing sheet from he clear plastic backing as per the attachment. Peel the clear plastic backing off, on the reverse side of the printing, the icing will have a shiny surface. This is ok, it is the way the icing sheets have been pressed.

The shelf life of the topper is 12 months.

Please store in the cellophane wrapper, in a dry place at room temperature and out of the sun light to avoid any damage and discolouration. 

Please do not store in the fridge or freezer, as moisture can make the colours run.

The recommendation would be to order the topper 2-3 weeks before you need them
