At CannellioCakes, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since all of our cake toppers are custom-made, we have a specific return policy in place. Please read through the following guidelines carefully before placing your order.

• Custom Orders
  • All cake toppers are customized according to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
• Damaged or Defective Items
  • If your cake topper arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • To process a claim, we require clear photos of the damaged or defective item along with your order number and a description of the issue.
  • Upon approval of the claim, we will either offer a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
• Incorrect Customization
  • If the cake topper you received does not match the customization details you provided, please reach out to us within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the item.
  • We will review the case and, if we determine that there was an error on our end, we will offer a replacement or a refund.
• Return Process
  • If eligible for a return or replacement, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us in its original packaging, unless we specify otherwise.
  • Once we receive the item and verify the damage or defect, we will process the replacement or refund within 2-4 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Non-Returnable Items

  The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Items that are customized as per your specifications and meet your order details.
  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
  • Items that are reported after 48 hours of delivery as damaged or defective.
• Order Cancellations
  • Due to the custom nature of our products, once production has started on your cake topper, we are unable to cancel the order. Please ensure that all customization details are accurate before submitting your order.
